Sooo...Adam and I have decided to get pre approved for a house loan and to start looking around. We would like to have a 4-5 bedroom house. Yeah yeah I know a lot of you are saying "What?! Why so big??" but trust me, we have good reasons. I cannot post the explanation (very long and involved) but if I ever see you in person I promise to explain if you ask.
We've already been pre approved for $150,000, but we are trying to stay in the $130 and below zone. (Me being cheap and wanting the best deal for our money!)
If we get a two story we will need to have one bedroom downstairs just in case Bree isn't able to navigate stairs. (This is me thinking ahead, no doctors have suggested anything!!). If she doesn't need it for a bedroom, then we'll have a great guest room! (We're taking reservations if you'd like to come and stay).
Adam and I are excited about this new chapter opening in our lives...especially with all the craziness we've had in the last year. It's nice to be starting something new in our lives! :)

Update on Sweet Grace
Despite all the tubes, wires and tape, little Grace is doing better every day. Her surgery was a success, and she shouldn't have to have another heart surgery for a good bit of time. She looks much better than she did after her last heart surgery, which is good news! Grace and her parents (Anneke and Felix) have another 2-3 weeks for recovery in the hospital and then may be going home. I know that they are counting down the days!
