Milestone....

Now, most people do not consider dropping your kid off at nursery during church a milestone. However, when you have a preemie with special needs, you have a whole slew of milestones you weren't aware of, which leaving your kid at nursery while you go to church service is one of them.

We have been fading out of the church scene for a while (which is a whole other thing...totally not going to get into it), and got a sudden itch to go this weekend. So, we loaded up the kiddos, and off we headed! We were stoppped by many to be asked questions and greeted, which was great. We got to see some familiar faces and some new ones as well. I, for some reason, was feeling brave and comfortable enough to leave Bree in the nursery.

Funny enough, Riley was the problem child the whole time. She wanted to sit on one person the whole time and would not play, would not allow them to change her diaper, and would cry if anyone attempted to suggest those two things. Somehow they managed to give her a snack, but that was it. Bree was the chill one who sat in the swing and just watched all of the action.

All in all it was a good Sunday...(it must have been because Adam is snoozin on the couch now)

Zzzzzzz....Zzzzzzzz...ZZzzzzz....nothin like an afternoon nap to make the weekend feel complete.
